Questions
Asked all the time
Is the evaluation really 100% online?
In 29 states, yes — the entire process from questionnaire to physician video visit happens from home. A minority of states (like Florida and Colorado) legally require the first visit in person; for those we help you find a clinic, and renewals can usually be done online.
What if I'm not approved?
If the physician determines you don't qualify, you pay nothing — the evaluation fee is fully refunded. Approval is always the doctor's independent medical decision.
How fast can I get my card?
Most patients complete their appointment within 24 hours of signing up. After approval, timing depends on your state: some issue digital certifications instantly, while state registries can take a few days to a few weeks to issue the card itself.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your health information is transmitted over encrypted connections, used only for your evaluation and state registration, and never sold. Medical cannabis records are confidential and are not shared with employers.
